Sizing Charts for Daddy Gear
1. How to Measure:
Chest: Measure the fullest part of the chest with tape level.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, holding tape level.
Pant Length: Measure from the inseam to the bottom of the pant leg.

Measurements are in inches. For International Customers using centimeters, please multiply by 2.5 to convert to centimeters.

2. Navy Seal Blue Edgy Style
The sizing on this chart is only for this style where we offer a broader range of sizes from small to 5XL. In this particular style, for a more relaxed fit consider ordering one size up.

5. I've looked at the sizing chart, but I'm still not sure what size to order. What should I do if I think I'm between sizes?
We make it easy to exchange merchandise for a different size. Simply contact us for an RA#, then return the garment in new condition with original tags still attached, and we will replace the scrubs for the requested size. Please note: customer pays shipping charges to return garments; however, we will cover the shipping costs back to you.

6. What is the difference between the Edgy and the Simple Design?
"Edgy" and "Simple" refer to the different designs on the scrubs and tees.

2. How much is the shipping cost for Continental U.S. orders?
Continental US Shipping Rates Below are the shipping and handling charges for orders shipped to an address in the United States. Saturday and Sunday delivery is NOT available.
Note: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping. Additional shipping costs and transit times may apply, contact customer service.

3. How much are taxes?
Sales tax is required for California orders.

4. I live in the U.S. When will my shipment arrive?
We ship all domestic orders outside of California via FedEx. California orders are shipped via Golden State Overnight (GSO). Shipping time depends on the method you've selected. In addition to Ground, we offer a variety of faster air options.
Note: We are not responsible for delays due to weather conditions, shipper delays, or circumstances in which we have no control.

We process orders within 24 hours after receipt, Monday through Friday. However, in most cases, orders received by 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time will be processed the same day (M-F only). For information about expedited shipping rates, please view our shipping rates chart above. Please note that orders received on holidays will be processed the next business day that we are open.

NOTE: Our products are shipped from Torrance, CA. If you are in a rush, we recommend choosing FedEx Saver, 2nd Day Air or Overnight Continental U.S. instead of Ground.

5. How much is international shipping? How much are duties, tariffs and brokerage fees?
There is a $20.00 international document preparation fee which covers applicable duties, tariffs, and brokerage fees imposed by the recipient's country; we collect the money from you, and pass it along to the appropriate agency. This fee is in addition to our shipping charges.

Shipping to Canada is $18.95 for FedEx Ground International and can take 7-14 days, depending on customs processing times. Again, an additional $20.00 International document fee will be added to the order.

For all other International orders contact us for shipping quotes prior to placing your order. Please include your full mailing address including country code and any other pertinent information we will need to provide an accurate shipping quote.


6. How long will it take to ship to my country?
Shipping times will vary depending on the USPS or FedEx method you have selected combined with how long the package takes to clear customs.


7. Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, we offer shipping to military addresses. When entering your shipping address, select US Military-APO for the "country." We take our military orders to the post office and ship them via USPS on a regular schedule.


Payment Options
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

2. I have a DaddyBucks Gift Card. How do I use it?
When ordering on our website during the checkout phase, you will be prompted to enter gift cards and promo codes in a box located on the bottom right of the screen. Simply enter the code found on the back of your gift card or the promo code found in the advertisement in the field marked "Code" and then select "apply" and you will instantly see the new total updated in the cart. Note: This will happen on Step 4. Order Confirmation.

3. I have a coupon code from an advertisement. Where do I enter it to get the discount?
See question previous answer above for instructions.

4. I have gift card and a promo code. Can both discounts apply to my order?
Unfortunately, offers cannot be combined, only one discount code allowed per order.

Order Status
1. Will I get an order confirmation?
When you place your order on our website, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Orders placed before 12:00pm, Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday typically ship that day. Note: Confirmation emails sometimes get caught in spam, so if you don't receive one, you should check your spam/junk.

2. Will I get tracking information for my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

1. What is your guarantee?

Please contact us if you have a problem with one of our products; we will do everything in our power to remedy the situation ASAP.

2. What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
DaddyScrubs will gladly refund your money for a returned product if you are within 30 days of ordering and can provide us with original proof of purchase. All products that are returned or exchanged for a different size, color, or garment must be in their original, undamaged package, with all tags in place and in re-saleable / new condition.

You will need to contact us to arrange for an RA # (Return Authorization). We use this number to identify your package when we receive it at our warehouse. The best way to do this is to email us and include the original order number, name used to make the purchase, and a brief description of what you are requesting. We will email back with an RA# and instructions for exchange or return.

You can use any shipping method you would like to send items back to us; however, we recommend that you use a shipping provider that offers tracking capabilities, since we cannot take responsibility for return shipments that we do not receive.

The shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility except in the case of exchanges for defective items. However, there are no additional shipping fees for sending the exchanged item back to you.

3. Where do I send my Return/Exchange?
All returns/exchanges should be sent with the RA # on the exterior of the package to the address below. Inside the box please include the item you are returning; the original packing slip if possible, or a slip of paper with the RA#, your name, and your return/exchange request.

4. When will you send my exchange? When will I get credit for my return?
Please note that exchanges will not be sent out until we've received the item back from your original order, unless special arrangements have been made ahead of time. There are no additional shipping fees for sending the exchanged item back to you. Any credit due after an exchange will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase.

For returns, we will issue a refund to the credit card used to place the order, for the amount paid for the product. Shipping fees are not refundable.
We process returns and exchanges 2-3 times per week, so depending on when we receive it, your return/exchange will be processed within a few business days. Additionally, most credit card companies take 2-3 business days to post a transaction, so it could take up to a week after receipt of your return before you see the refund on your credit card.

5. What if my DaddyScrubs product is damaged or defective?
We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you feel that your product is defective, please contact us and we will take care of the situation as quickly as possible. Please note that normal wear and tear and damage caused by misuse or improper care are not covered.
